To my Amazing Clients… I want to sincerely Thank You for your patience during this challenging situation. The health, safety & well-being of my clients, our families, and the community are the most to me. I have been working hard preparing for this reopening. At this time, Color Splash Salon is planning to reopen on May 11th 2020.
I know my clients expect the highest standards at Color Splash Salon and I am committed to providing that even during this challenging time. I believe that safest way to handle the salon situation is to treat everyone, including myself, with the highest level of protection I can provide to prevent the spread of COVID19. Please understand this will not be forever, but it will be for this time period.

As attached, the Guidelines required for not only my salon to follow but also required for that client as well. I will go beyond these to make sure Color Splash Salon stays one step ahead.
I am eager to get to all my appointments over the past 6 weeks + up to date, as I had to cancel and reschedule everyone. I am personally recalling everyone to reschedule all appointments in. To be fair to all, calls will be in order of original appointments. Again, I appreciate your patience as we navigate through this new challenge.
HIGHLIGHTS TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF COLOR SPLASH SALON
*Only customers receiving a service will be allowed in the salon- NO CHILDREN ALLOWED AT THIS TIME
*If client is a minor, I can only accept 16 years and above at this moment. Parent will need to sign Liability Waiver for minor
*Please wait in your cars when your get to the salon. Give me a text, as the doors will be locked. I will inform you when to come in. Please just be on time and be patient.
*Both client and myself will be required to wear a mask. For the Client- please just make sure it is behind the ears and not behind the head
REMEMBER WE ARE LESS THAN 12 INCHES FACE TO FACE AT TIMES, AND SOME ARE ASYMPTOMATIC. I AM PROTECTING YOU FROM MYSELF AND YOU ARE PROTECTING ME.
*Please do not bring many personal items, a spot for your personal items is designated to the side
*You will be asked to sanitize your hands as you walk in or touch anything
*All capes, towels, and tools are sanitized before they are used
*Towels, and capes will be discard is a plastic bag in a bin after each use
*A new trash bin has been added, only foot touch
*When clients pay, remember I do have touch-free Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. If you do need to use your card the machine will be wiped clean before you touch it and a Finger Glove with be provided.
Cancellation/No Show- Please give me a 48 hour notification. This is when I also need to know the following: If yes to any, we need to reschedule. Life is more precious than hair.

*Have you or anyone in your household been around anyone that has been sick within the last 14 days?

Rest Assured, I hope to get back to a new normal but back to offering a valued service as soon as possible.
These protocols will continue to be refined and adjusted as needed and I will keep you informed every step of the way.
Confirmation of appointments and a signed Waiver is need for every appointment. I will have a printed waiver at the salon for you to sign. Please read the following waiver to agree the terms of the waiver.
Color Splash Salon operated by Tabatha Siriphokha, is doing everything to protect you, the client, our community, and I Studios Salons Staff and other clients. To this extent, I will be following the Center of Disease Control (CDC), Local Health Department, and Government Guidelines to reopening with regard to social distancing practices and disinfection/sanitation in order to reduce the spread of Novel Coronavirus, or COVID-19. This will require myself to maintain six (6) feet of distance between myself and you, the client, as much as possible in my salon suite. Only the person receiving the service will be allowed in the salon.
I have read and answered no to all questions stating I am not experiencing any symptoms of COVID 19. If I do anytime before, on the day of , or days after, I will contact Color Splash Salon to notify for cancellation and/or safety of other clients.
My suite, tools, capes, and towels will be sanitized and/or disinfected between each client. New capes will be given to each client. I will follow proper hand washing protocols between each client.
Color Splash Salon requires all individuals to utilize a mask that goes around the ears when receiving a service. This is to help not only for safety of the virus, but for the ability to provide the service. It is also required for everyone to wash or sanitize their hands upon arrival of your appointment, after using the restroom, and touching any personal items.
If we all work together, we can overcome the spread of the virus as well as other infectious diseases. I welcome you back to Color Splash Salon!
