Cancellations for services such as balayage, fun color, hair color, haircuts, and highlights are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If cancellations occur within 24 hours of the service, a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply. In the event of a no show, the full price of the service will be billed.
